Biography
Self-written bio: Wim is a web developer working in Brussels. He has always had a soft spot for teletext and is currently writing a book about the history of the Belgian teletext service.
Wim is an all-time master of teletext character codes, finding spaces in artworks that never even existed, whipping through colour changes as if he were using a paint program with no restrictions. — Dan (October 2026)
